Give a Blessing ~ Get a Blessing
Last month, CJC was blessed to sponsor the monthly Graces of Gurley Craft Day. At this "Give a Blessing ~ Get a Blessing" event, ladies from Knots of Love from Willowbrook shared how to crochet washcloths, and the completed cloths will be donated to ShowerUp Huntsville. Each attendee also received gift cards from local fast food restaurants. |

Graces of Gurley Partnership
Christian Job Corps is excited to partner with Graces of Gurley to launch a new site in Gurley beginning August 2024.
This new CJC Site will begin with offering a 6-week workshop -
Navigating Life. Classes start Tuesday, August 13 at the Graces of Gurley building and are open to women between the ages of 18 and 65.

Applications are available NOW for potential students to enroll. Visit www.cwjc.net to sign up! Graces of Gurley launches on Tuesday, August 13. Classes begin at our First Baptist Church Site (FBC) in Huntsville on Tuesday, August 20, and the Men's Program (CMJC), located at West Huntsville Baptist Church, starts Saturday, August 31. |

Trash Pandas Game with our Men's Program
The CJC Men's Program celebrated the end of the Spring Semester with a night at Toyota Field watching a Rocket City Trash Pandas baseball game.
CJC Men's Site Coordinator, Keith Williams, hosted the group in the Picnic Area complete with a buffet dinner, fellowship and fireworks after the game. |

CJC has graduates in need of reliable transportation and would love to help meet this need through your donation.
Last year, CJC gifted vehicles to three graduates - all possible because of the generous donations from individuals across Madison County.
